HOW IT WORKS

1. Take aim at the LaserHIT paper target with your firearm loaded with the laser training cartridge and pull the trigger.

2. The cartridge will emit a short red laser light each time it's struck by the firing pin/striker.

3. The laserHIT mobile app running on your phone will track your shots on the target and display your hits.

4. You will see each of your shots on your phone and TV (if connected) in real-time with realistic sound effects

SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders shipped with tracking numbers and insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

EXPEDITED FLAT RATE orders will be shipped within two to five business days.

USPS PRIORITY orders will be shipped the next business day.

FEDEX EXPRESS orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays) or the next business day otherwise. FedEx doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, and the order with a PO Box shipping address will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail, regardless of the selected shipping option.

The carrier provides the delivery timeframe shown during checkout. LaserHIT is not responsible for any delay after the order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (READ CAREFULLY)

Priority Mail International shipments are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

First-Class International is a non-insured service. By proceeding with First-Class International Service, the Customer agreed that LASERHIT LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or missing contents or the entire package.

All international orders made to LaserHIT must have the same billing and shipping addresses, or the order will be canceled. The items may be subject to regulations and additional customs fees. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from LASERHIT LLC, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative policies.

RETURNS

LaserHIT provides a full refund on returned items within 30-days from the date of the purchase. The shipping cost is not refundable. Before returning any LaserHIT product, please contact Customer Support first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Your RMA number should prominently be written on the outside of the package. The return packages will not be accepted without the RMA number.

WARRANTY

LaserHIT will provide a one-year limited warranty on all included items listed above from the date of the purchaser's receipt of the product, except the exclusions listed below.

The following warranty exclusion applies to lightning-to-HDMI cable: 30-day money-back guarantee. The lightning-to-HDMI cable should work with iPhones starting with iPhone 6s up to iPhone 12 Pro Max (iOS 9.0 and up) up to the latest OS version officially available at the date of purchaser's receipt of the product. The lightning-to-HDMI cable will not be covered by warranty if the device is updated to the newer OS version, but the LaserHIT team will provide full support to resolve the issue.

The following warranty exclusion applies to the replaceable o-rings: The replaceable o-rings for the laser cartridge cap should perform as designed for 1,000 insert-remove cycles. The life of the o-ring may vary depending on firearm maintenance quality. Clean the firearm barrel with a bronze bore brush and lubricate with gun lubricate mandatory required before first inserting the cartridge and each time after the firearm was used to fire live ammo. The used o-ring will not be covered by warranty, and replacement may be purchased online.

The following warranty exclusion applies to the replaceable laser cartridge cap: The replaceable laser cartridge cap should perform as designed for 3,000-10,000 firing pin strikes. The life and performance of the caps may vary depending on the type of firearm used for training practice. The used cartridge caps will not be covered by warranty, and replacement may be purchased online.
