SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders shipped with tracking numbers and insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

EXPEDITED FLAT RATE orders will be shipped within three business days.

PRIORITY MAIL orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day (except weekends and Holidays). Otherwise, the PRIORITY MAIL orders will be shipped the next business day. The carrier provides the delivery timeframe shown during checkout. LaserHIT is not responsible for any delay after the order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (READ CAREFULLY)

Priority Mail International shipments are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

First-Class International is an insurance-free service. By proceeding with First-Class International Service, the Customer agreed that LASERHIT LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or missing contents.

All international orders made to LaserHIT must have the same billing and shipping addresses, or the order will be canceled. The items may be subject to regulations and additional customs fees. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from LASERHIT LLC, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative policies.

RETURNS

LaserHIT provides a full refund on returned items within 30-days from the date of the purchase. The shipping cost is not refundable. Before returning any LaserHIT product, please contact Customer Support first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Your RMA number should prominently be written on the outside of the package. The return packages will not be accepted without the RMA number.

WARRANTY

LaserHIT will provide a one-year limited warranty on unused o-rings and unused replaceable caps for laser training cartridges starting from the date of the purchaser's receipt of the product.

The following warranty exclusion applies to the replaceable o-rings: The replaceable o-rings for the laser cartridge cap should perform as designed for 1,000 insert-remove cycles. The life of the o-ring may vary depending on firearm maintenance quality. Clean the firearm barrel with a bronze bore brush and lubricate with gun lubricate mandatory required before first inserting the cartridge and each time after the firearm was used to fire live ammo. The used o-ring will not be covered by warranty.

The following warranty exclusion applies to the replaceable laser cartridge cap: The replaceable laser cartridge cap should perform as designed for 10,000 firing pin strikes. The life and performance of the caps may vary depending on the type of firearm used for training practice. The used cartridge caps will not be covered by warranty.
