Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. Once payment has been completed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders received after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders include tracking. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Typical delivery within the United States is 2 to 8 business days, depending on product availability, the shipping method selected, and carrier transit times.
Deliveries may take longer during seasonal holidays or due to carrier service interruptions beyond our control.

Domestic Orders (United States)

Tracking and insurance are included for all domestic shipments.

• Expedited Flat Rate orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail orders are shipped the next business day.
• FedEx Express orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are shipped the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time are shipped the next business day.

FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders with PO Box addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail regardless of the selected option.

Carrier-provided delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Delays after dispatch are outside of LaserHIT’s control.

International Orders

LaserHIT LLC ships internationally under the following conditions:

  1. Service Options and Insurance
    Priority Mail International includes tracking and insurance against loss, damage, or missing contents.
    First-Class International does not include insurance. By selecting this option, the customer accepts all risk of loss, delay, or damage.

  2. Address Verification
    For fraud prevention, billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched addresses will be canceled and refunded.

  3. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
    International orders may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
    These charges are the responsibility of the customer. LaserHIT LLC does not collect or prepay duties or taxes.
    Customers should contact their local customs office for details before ordering.
    LaserHIT LLC will provide the HS code and customs invoice with each international shipment.

  4. Compliance with Law
    By purchasing from LaserHIT LLC, customers certify compliance with all applicable import laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
    LaserHIT LLC is not responsible for shipments held, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities.

  5. Delivery Timeframes
    International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

  6. Risk of Loss
    Title and risk of loss for international shipments pass to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
    Customers who select uninsured services assume all risk of loss or damage.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and dimensions, shipping method, and delivery destination.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

To change, cancel, or update an order, please email info@laserhit.com with your order number and request details.

Orders that have already been transmitted to our third-party fulfillment team cannot be changed or canceled.
If your order has shipped, LaserHIT LLC cannot alter the address, redirect the package, or recall the shipment.
In such cases, customers should contact the carrier directly or wait until the package is delivered or returned to sender.

If a shipment is returned to sender, customers may request reshipment by contacting support. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Returns and Unauthorized Shipments

Returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
Returns sent directly to the warehouse address on the shipping label will not be processed or eligible for a refund.
Customers must follow the return process provided by LaserHIT LLC.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

Orders are shipped to the exact shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness.
LaserHIT LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or mis-deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

All orders are shipped through third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
LaserHIT LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. Customers should provide secure delivery addresses.

Insurance is available at checkout and is recommended for high-value orders. Customers who decline insurance accept full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage once the package is marked delivered.

Orders valued at 500 dollars or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Customers will be notified at checkout when this applies.

If a shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located, LaserHIT LLC will assist customers in initiating an inquiry with the carrier.
Final resolution depends on the carrier’s investigation, and LaserHIT LLC cannot guarantee recovery or replacement for uninsured packages.

Service Interruptions

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only. Orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond LaserHIT’s control, including but not limited to seasonal holiday volumes, severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
LaserHIT LLC is not liable for delays caused by such service interruptions.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom Customers

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the following additional terms apply:

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
    To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.
    Products must be returned in their original condition.
    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
    Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  2. Conformity of Goods
    LaserHIT guarantees that products supplied to EEA and UK consumers conform to the sales contract.
    If goods are defective, consumers may request repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

  3. Refunds
    Refunds will be made using the original payment method within the legally required timeframe after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.

  4. Contact and Complaints
    EEA and UK consumers may contact us at info@laserhit.com with any questions or complaints regarding their purchase.
    We will work in good faith to resolve disputes. Consumers may also contact their local consumer-protection authorities for additional assistance.
