Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LaserHIT LLC. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed directly through laserhit.com or authorized LaserHIT online channels.

1. Standard Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• It must be in the same condition as received.
• Used or opened items may be accepted for return if they are in functional and reusable condition. A refurbishment or restocking fee will be applied.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@laserhit.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Please include your purchase order number with your request. Items returned without an RMA or proof of purchase cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@laserhit.com and include photos or a short video.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We provide a full refund only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Used or opened items may be accepted for return at our discretion and may be subject to a refurbishment or restocking fee.

The following items cannot be returned:
• Paper and cardboard targets
• Non-functional or damaged items, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect
• Custom-caliber or made-to-order laser cartridges
• Used replaceable caps for laser cartridges
• Gift cards or digital vouchers
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items returned without proof of purchase

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before shipping it back.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your current item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Exchange requests should follow the same process as returns (RMA required).
Gift or holiday product replacements will be handled individually. Please contact us at info@laserhit.com.

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a destination in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is defective.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
• Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@laserhit.com.
