By using our App or Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to all users of the LaserHIT App and Website worldwide. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
2. Information We Collect
A. Information Collected Through the LaserHIT App
The App collects only the data necessary for its core functionality and performance improvements.
Types of data collected by LaserHIT app:
Camera access: Used for training target recognition and scoring. Camera data is processed locally and never transmitted to any servers.
Access to Photos (iOS): Only when the user chooses to save practice screenshots to the local device.
Device and technical data: Includes device model, operating-system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and IP address (for diagnostic and analytics purposes).
Analytics data: Collected via integrated SDKs (for example, Google Play Services and Firebase Analytics) to understand app performance and improve functionality. These analytics are delivered to LaserHIT as aggregated, time-based reports without access to any personal or training data.
Error logs: Automatically collected when the App encounters a malfunction.
The LaserHIT App does not collect or store:
Contact lists, messages, or photos captured outside/inside the App.
Payment or billing information (handled through the Website only).
Geolocation data beyond coarse, IP-based diagnostics.
Any statistical or training data stored locally on the user’s device.
Any user profile or personal data. Such information, if created, remains with Apple Game Center and is not shared with LaserHIT.
Any competition-related data or results; those are managed solely by Apple Game Center.
B. Information Collected Through the LaserHIT Website
Our Website collects additional information primarily related to purchases, customer accounts, and support.
Types of data collected:
Account and contact data: Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number when you create an account or make a purchase.
Payment data: Processed securely via third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay). LaserHIT does not store credit-card numbers.
Order history: Information about your transactions and purchased products.
Website analytics: Using tools such as Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics to understand traffic, improve the site, and enhance user experience.
Cookies and tracking: Used to remember preferences, track site usage, and facilitate secure checkout.
Communications data: Information you provide through contact forms, chat, or email for support or correspondence.
Third-party platform disclosure:
Our Website is hosted on Squarespace, which may collect certain technical and usage data as described in its own Privacy Policy. That data is not shared with LaserHIT LLC.

App analytics data: retained up to 24 months
Order and payment records: retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years)
Support inquiries: deleted after resolution unless needed for ongoing service

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
However, no system is entirely secure; users should maintain device-level protections such as passwords and regular updates.
8. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions.
For transfers from the EU/EEA, we rely on approved legal mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our App and Website are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 13.
If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Once payment has been completed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing unless a different processing time is stated for the product or shipping service selected.
Orders received after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
All orders include tracking. A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent after the order leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.
Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the applicable carrier or shipping service and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Typical delivery within the United States is 2 to 8 business days, depending on product availability, the shipping method selected, and carrier transit times.
Delivery may take longer due to holidays, weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside LASERHIT's control.
Tracking and insurance are included with domestic shipments.
Available services may include:
Expedited Flat Rate: Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: Orders are generally shipped the next business day.
FedEx Express: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are generally shipped the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time are generally shipped the next business day.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders containing a PO Box shipping address may therefore be shipped by USPS regardless of the shipping service originally selected.
Carrier-provided delivery estimates may be displayed at checkout. Delays occurring after dispatch may be outside LASERHIT's control.
LASERHIT ships internationally to eligible destinations subject to carrier availability, applicable laws, import requirements, and the following conditions.
Available international shipping services vary by destination, order value, package size, product type, and carrier availability.
Some international shipping services include insurance against qualifying loss or damage. Other services may be uninsured or may provide only limited carrier liability.
When an uninsured or limited-liability service is offered and selected by the customer, the customer acknowledges that the selected carrier service does not provide insurance, or provides only limited protection, against loss or damage.
Where permitted by applicable law, by voluntarily selecting an uninsured shipping service, the customer accepts the risks associated with the selected service.
Selection of an uninsured shipping service does not waive or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
LASERHIT reserves the right to require an insured, trackable, signature-required, or other specified shipping service based on destination, order value, product type, carrier conditions, prior delivery experience, or other reasonable shipping considerations.
If the shipping service selected at checkout does not meet LASERHIT's shipping requirements for a particular order or destination, LASERHIT may place the order on hold and contact the customer before shipment.
LASERHIT may require additional written acknowledgment of the selected shipping conditions before shipping an order using an uninsured or limited-liability service.
If the customer declines a required shipping service or requested acknowledgment, LASERHIT may cancel the unshipped order and refund the amount paid.
For fraud prevention, LASERHIT may require billing and shipping information to match or may request additional verification before shipping an international order.
LASERHIT reserves the right to cancel and refund an order when the provided information cannot be reasonably verified.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, email address, and any other information required for international delivery.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, customs processing charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country, carrier, postal operator, or other authority.
Unless such charges were specifically collected by LASERHIT at checkout or the shipment was expressly sold on a duties-paid basis, applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient to the extent permitted by applicable law.
LASERHIT will provide appropriate sender-side shipping and customs documentation, including product descriptions, declared values, and applicable customs classification information.
Customers are encouraged to determine applicable import requirements, restrictions, duties, and taxes before placing an international order.
Customs authorities, postal operators, or carriers will normally attempt to notify the recipient when payment, identification, documentation, or other action is required to release a shipment. However, such notification is not guaranteed.
The recipient is responsible for monitoring the shipment.
If tracking indicates that a shipment is held by customs, awaiting customs clearance, awaiting payment, awaiting collection, delayed for an import-related reason, or otherwise requires recipient action, the recipient is responsible for contacting the local carrier, postal operator, or customs authority directly and completing the requirements necessary for delivery.
LASERHIT is located in the United States and generally cannot communicate with a foreign customs authority on the recipient's behalf, pay charges assessed directly to the recipient, complete recipient-specific import requirements, or guarantee that the recipient will receive a customs or carrier notification.
LASERHIT will provide reasonable assistance with shipment information or documentation that must be supplied by the sender when such information is reasonably available.
Failure to receive a notification from customs, a postal operator, or a carrier does not relieve the recipient of responsibility for monitoring the shipment and completing recipient-required customs clearance procedures.
By placing an international order, the customer is responsible for determining whether the purchased products may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in the destination jurisdiction.
LASERHIT cannot provide legal advice regarding the import laws of every destination country.
Shipments may be inspected, delayed, held, or otherwise processed by customs or other government authorities. LASERHIT cannot control the actions or processing times of foreign customs authorities.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
International delivery times vary substantially by destination, carrier, shipping service, and customs processing.
Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Time spent in customs clearance is outside the carrier's normal transportation time and may cause additional delays.
If an international shipment is returned to LASERHIT because the recipient:
failed to claim or collect the package;
refused delivery;
failed to pay applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other required charges;
failed to provide information, identification, or documentation required for customs clearance;
provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address;
failed to respond to the carrier, postal operator, or customs authority; or
otherwise failed to complete a recipient-required action necessary for delivery,
LASERHIT will refund the purchase price of eligible returned merchandise after the shipment has been received and processed by LASERHIT, subject to the deductions described below.
The refund will be reduced by:
the greater of (a) the shipping charge paid by the customer for the order or (b) the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by LASERHIT; and
any return shipping, carrier, customs, brokerage, handling, storage, or other charges incurred by LASERHIT as a result of the shipment being returned.
LASERHIT may offer international shipping at a standardized, averaged, discounted, promotional, or otherwise subsidized rate. As a result, the shipping amount charged to the customer at checkout may be substantially less than the actual amount LASERHIT pays to ship an individual order to a particular destination.
Therefore, if LASERHIT's actual outbound shipping cost exceeds the shipping charge paid by the customer, LASERHIT may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from the merchandise refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these circumstances.
No refund will be issued until the returned shipment has been received by LASERHIT and its contents and condition have been verified.
These deductions do not apply when the shipment is returned as a direct result of an error by LASERHIT, such as LASERHIT entering an incorrect shipping address or providing materially incorrect customs documentation.
All refunds and deductions remain subject to consumer rights and remedies that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
Shipping charges displayed at checkout may be calculated, standardized, averaged, discounted, subsidized, promotional, or otherwise determined by LASERHIT based on the order, destination, and shipping service.
The shipping amount charged to the customer does not necessarily represent LASERHIT's actual cost of shipping the order.
Customers are responsible for applicable shipping charges unless otherwise stated in a promotion or required by applicable law.
To request a change, cancellation, or address correction, email info@laserhit.com as soon as possible and include the order number and requested change.
Orders that have already entered fulfillment or have been transmitted to a third-party fulfillment service may not be changed or canceled.
Once an order has shipped, LASERHIT may be unable to change the delivery address, redirect the shipment, or recall the package.
Customers may contact the carrier directly to determine whether any delivery-management options are available.
If a shipment is returned to LASERHIT, applicable reshipping or refund terms will depend on the reason for the return.
Merchandise returns must follow LASERHIT's applicable return process.
Returns requiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must have a valid RMA before shipment.
Do not return merchandise directly to the warehouse address appearing on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so by LASERHIT.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for processing until the customer completes the required return procedure.
Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, telephone number, email address, and other delivery information are complete and accurate before submitting the order.
LASERHIT is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional carrier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.
All shipments are transported by independent third-party carriers or postal operators.
For shipments where applicable law permits the risk of loss to pass before physical receipt by the customer, risk will pass at the time permitted by applicable law and the applicable shipping terms.
Where applicable consumer law requires LASERHIT to bear the risk of loss or damage until the goods are physically received by the consumer or the consumer's designated recipient, those statutory protections apply regardless of any conflicting provision of this Shipping Policy.
When tracking shows that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors where appropriate, building management or mailroom, and contact the delivering carrier.
LASERHIT will provide reasonable assistance in initiating or supporting a carrier inquiry when necessary.
Carrier investigations may require cooperation from the recipient, including statements, photographs, identification, or other information.
The resolution of a carrier or insurance claim depends on the facts of the shipment and the applicable carrier or insurance terms.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Orders valued at $500 or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
LASERHIT may also require signature confirmation for other orders based on destination, product type, order value, fraud-prevention considerations, carrier requirements, or previous delivery experience.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Orders may be delayed by circumstances outside LASERHIT's reasonable control, including seasonal shipping volumes, severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, government action, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
LASERHIT will provide reasonable assistance with shipment inquiries but cannot control third-party carrier or customs processing times.
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to your transaction take precedence over any conflicting provision of this Shipping Policy.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you generally have 14 days after receiving your order to notify LASERHIT that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
To exercise this right, contact LASERHIT in writing before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
Returned products must comply with applicable return requirements. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law unless the product is defective, non-conforming, or was shipped in error.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, LASERHIT may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or the customer supplies evidence that the goods have been returned.
LASERHIT provides EEA and UK consumers with the statutory rights concerning conformity of goods required by applicable consumer-protection law.
If goods are defective or do not conform to the sales contract, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by applicable law.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to transfer transportation risk to an EEA or UK consumer where applicable law requires that risk to remain with LASERHIT until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the goods.
The availability or selection of an uninsured shipping service describes the insurance or liability protection associated with the carrier service and does not waive statutory consumer delivery rights.
Refunds required under applicable EEA or UK consumer law will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed directly through laserhit.com or authorized LaserHIT online channels.
1. Standard Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• It must be in the same condition as received.
• Used or opened items may be accepted for return if they are in functional and reusable condition. A refurbishment or restocking fee will be applied.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@laserhit.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Please include your purchase order number with your request. Items returned without an RMA or proof of purchase cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@laserhit.com and include photos or a short video.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We provide a full refund only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Used or opened items may be accepted for return at our discretion and may be subject to a refurbishment or restocking fee.
The following items cannot be returned:
• Paper and cardboard targets
• Non-functional or damaged items, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect
• Custom-caliber or made-to-order laser cartridges
• Used replaceable caps for laser cartridges
• Gift cards or digital vouchers
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items returned without proof of purchase

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your current item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Exchange requests should follow the same process as returns (RMA required).

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a destination in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is defective.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
• Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

LaserHIT LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Consumer”) that LaserHIT LLC training kits and accessories (“Product”), under normal use, will operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for the warranty period specified below, beginning on the date of original purchase. Consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and LaserHIT’s sole and exclusive responsibility under this Limited Warranty, will be, at LaserHIT’s option, to repair the defective Product, replace it with a new or remanufactured Product of equal value, or refund the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Any replacement Product may be new or remanufactured. If LaserHIT determines, in its sole discretion, that repair or replacement is not reasonable, a refund may be issued.
LaserHIT training kits and accessories - One (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Paper and cardboard targets, replaceable laser cartridge caps, and cartridge O-rings are consumable components subject to wear during normal use. These items are not covered by this Limited Warranty once used.
Paper and cardboard targets are not covered for damage resulting from use, including tearing, puncturing, bending, creasing, cutting, moisture exposure, or other physical damage.
Replaceable laser cartridge caps are designed to withstand approximately 1,000 to 10,000 firing pin or striker impacts under normal use. Actual service life may vary significantly depending on firearm design, firing pin or striker geometry, impact force, alignment, and other operating conditions. This range is provided as an estimate only and is not guaranteed or warranted.
Cartridge O-rings are designed to withstand approximately 100 insertion and extraction cycles when properly lubricated and used under normal conditions. Actual service life may vary depending on the firearm, chamber dimensions, lubrication, installation, and other operating conditions. This number is provided as an estimate only and is not guaranteed or warranted.
The foregoing warranty is limited and does not apply to:
(i) consumable or disposable items, including but not limited to paper or cardboard targets, replaceable laser cartridge caps, cartridge O-rings, and custom-caliber shells;
(ii) normal wear and tear;
(iii) damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, or improper storage;
(iv) defects or damage caused by modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing;
(v) use of the Product contrary to the instructions or documentation provided by LaserHIT;
(vi) use with non-approved devices, or damage caused by firearms, equipment, accessories, or other devices with which the Product is used;
(vii) exposure to liquids, submersion, excessive moisture, food or drink spills, fire, impact, or collision;
(viii) damage resulting from natural disasters or acts of nature, including but not limited to flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane; or
(ix) Products with serial numbers that have been removed, defaced, or altered.
Damage to or normal wear of a consumable item does not affect warranty coverage for other components of the Product that otherwise qualify for coverage under this Limited Warranty.
To obtain warranty service for a Product covered by this Limited Warranty, Consumer must contact LaserHIT and request a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”).
The Product for which warranty service is requested, together with proof of purchase and the RMA, must be shipped to the address provided by LaserHIT.
Consumer is responsible for the cost of shipping the Product to LaserHIT. LaserHIT is responsible for the cost of shipping the Product back to Consumer following completion of approved warranty service.
Any Product returned without an RMA or proof of purchase may be returned to Consumer at Consumer’s expense.
This Limited Warranty extends only to the original Consumer and is not transferable.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. LASERHIT HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY, AND TITLE.
LASERHIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
To the extent that LaserHIT may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim certain implied warranties, the duration of any such implied warranty shall be limited to the shorter of the Limited Warranty period or the minimum time period permitted under applicable law.
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to Consumer.
This Limited Warranty gives Consumer specific legal rights, and Consumer may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
IN NO EVENT WILL LASERHIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OF USE DURING THE PERIOD THE PRODUCT IS BEING REPAIRED, OR CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF LASERHIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL LASERHIT’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY CONSUMER FOR THE PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to Consumer.
This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising under or relating to this Limited Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Welcome to LaserHIT LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LaserHIT LLC (“LaserHIT”). We operate the LaserHIT website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our online store is hosted by Squarespace, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order and stated in your confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.

We may provide access to tools or features offered by third parties. We do not control or monitor these tools and provide them “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third parties’ terms.
We may introduce new features or tools in the future; such features are part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain materials or links to third-party websites or functionality. If you access third-party materials or sites, you do so at your own risk. Section 9 – Relationship with Squarespace
Our online store is hosted by Squarespace. Sales and purchases are made directly with LaserHIT, not with Squarespace. Squarespace is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and LaserHIT. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have no claims against Squarespace arising from your purchases or transactions with LaserHIT and you release Squarespace and its affiliates from such claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Section 10 – Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Squarespace, Squarespace may process certain personal information to provide hosting and related services, in accordance with its own privacy policy. Information you submit may be processed by Squarespace and its subprocessors in countries other than your own to provide the Services. Section 11 – Feedback

You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to the Feedback, have disclosed any compensation or incentives, and that your Feedback complies with these Terms and applicable law. You are solely responsible for your Feedback.

Section 16 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will LaserHIT LLC, or our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill; replacement costs; or similar damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from or relating to your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or, if the claim does not relate to a product purchase, one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). You and LaserHIT consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
