LASERHIT LLC AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: October 7, 2025

This Affiliate Program Terms of Service (the "Agreement") governs participation in the LaserHIT LLC Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement and all Program Policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Program Description
   The Program allows approved Affiliates to promote eligible LaserHIT LLC products through authorized channels and to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through unique referral links, subject to this Agreement and the Program Policies.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment
   You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and operate a lawful website, platform, or channel. Enrollment requires submission of a complete and accurate application. LaserHIT LLC may approve or reject applications at its sole discretion and may revoke approval if your promotional methods become unsuitable. Unsuitable channels include those that promote illegal activity, contain hate speech, harassment, or explicit sexual content, infringe intellectual property, or otherwise create reputational or legal risk. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including the United States Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides, data protection rules, consumer protection laws, and platform policies.

3. Referral Codes and Links
   After approval, LaserHIT LLC will provide a unique referral code or link. You may use it on your website, blog, forum, social media, publishing platform, YouTube channel, podcast, business connection, professional group, email newsletter (not unsolicited bulk email), printed materials, and other approved online or offline promotional activities. You are responsible for correct implementation of referral codes or links. Commission is credited only on properly tracked qualifying purchases. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in each promotional post, site, or channel where you use a referral code or link.

4. Prohibited Conduct
   You may not engage in or permit the following: use of spam or unsolicited bulk messages; cookie stuffing or link hijacking; bidding on LaserHIT LLC brand terms, trademarks, or misspellings in search advertisements without written consent; use of unauthorized coupons, discounts, or promotions; making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about LaserHIT LLC products; self-referring, purchasing products for personal use, or facilitating resale orders; promoting products in connection with illegal, harmful, or offensive content; framing, mirroring, or emulating the LaserHIT LLC Store; or violating any applicable law, rule, or third-party platform policy.

5. Customer Relationship
   All customers who purchase through your referral code or link are customers of LaserHIT LLC. LaserHIT LLC is responsible for order processing, fulfillment, payment, cancellations, returns, and customer service.

6. Qualifying Purchases and Attribution
   A qualifying purchase is a completed order for eligible products made using your referral code or link within the attribution window, provided the order is paid and not cancelled, refunded, or charged back. Unless otherwise stated, the standard attribution window is thirty (30) days from the initial click. Entry of a referral code at checkout overrides click attribution. No commission is earned on self-purchases, wholesale or resale orders, gift cards (unless expressly permitted), taxes, shipping, service fees, or excluded products listed in the Commission Schedule.

7. Commissions and Payments
   Commission rates, exclusions, and payout details are set forth in the Commission Schedule on the Program portal. Standard commissions are up to ten percent (10 percent) of eligible sales, subject to change with notice. A higher rate of up to twenty percent (20 percent) may be offered to select, qualified professionals with verified experience in the shooting or training industry and an active marketing or distribution network. Eligibility and rate adjustments are determined at the discretion of LaserHIT LLC and confirmed in writing. Payments are made monthly, within thirty (30) days after month-end, by PayPal or check, provided your balance meets the one-hundred-dollar (US $100) payout threshold. Unpaid balances roll over to the next period. Commissions on refunded or charged-back orders are deducted from future payments or invoiced if insufficient funds remain. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due. United States Affiliates must provide a completed IRS Form W-9. Non-United States Affiliates must provide the applicable IRS Form W-8.

8. Intellectual Property
   LaserHIT LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved LaserHIT LLC trademarks, logos, product images, and promotional materials solely for participation in the Program. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any LaserHIT LLC intellectual property. You retain ownership of your own content but grant LaserHIT LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content you voluntarily submit, such as testimonials or photographs, for Program-related purposes.

9. Confidentiality and Data
   Any non-public business, financial, or technical information provided by LaserHIT LLC is confidential and may not be disclosed without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination. You must comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws in connection with your promotional activities.

10. Independent Contractor
    You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of LaserHIT LLC. You may not bind or make commitments on behalf of LaserHIT LLC.

11. Term and Termination
    This Agreement begins upon approval of your application and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time upon written notice, including email. LaserHIT LLC may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, fraud, or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, you must stop using LaserHIT LLC materials, remove all referral codes and links, and cease representing any affiliation with the Program. LaserHIT LLC may withhold final payment for a reasonable period to account for returns or chargebacks.

12. Modifications
    LaserHIT LLC may modify this Agreement or Program Policies at any time. Material changes to commission rates or core Program terms will be announced at least fifteen (15) days in advance unless a shorter period is required for legal, security, or product reasons. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Program, referral tracking, dashboards, and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaserHIT LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. LaserHIT LLC’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the commissions paid or payable to you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaserHIT LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Program, including any breach of this Agreement, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Miscellaneous
    Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of LaserHIT LLC. LaserHIT LLC may assign this Agreement to an affiliate or successor without consent. Entire Agreement. This Agreement and incorporated Program Policies constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior versions. In case of conflict, the Commission Schedule controls solely for commission rates and exclusions. Severability and Waiver. If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder shall remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive LaserHIT LLC’s rights. Notices. LaserHIT LLC may provide notices by email to your registered address or by posting in the Affiliate Portal. LASERHIT LLC AFFILIATE PROGRAM PRIVACY POLICY

LaserHIT LLC knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust in us to do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy describes the practices of LaserHIT LLC and our affiliate partner portal (the "Portal"). By visiting laserhit.com, shop.laserhit.com, or the LaserHIT LLC Affiliate Portal, you accept and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Controllers of Personal Information
   Any personal information provided to or gathered by LaserHIT LLC under this Privacy Policy will be controlled by LaserHIT LLC, 11500 South Eastern Ave, Suite 150, Henderson, Nevada, 89052.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
   LaserHIT LLC collects different types of information in order to operate and administer its services. The information we learn from users helps us personalize and continually improve your experience with LaserHIT LLC properties and the Affiliate Program.

3. Information You Provide
   This may include your name, address, phone number, email address, tax and payee details for affiliate payments, payment preferences, and profile information.

4. Automatic Information
   This may include your IP address, login, device and connection information such as browser type, version, operating system, and platform, URL clickstream to, through, and from our websites, cookie identifiers, and session metrics such as page response times, download errors, visit duration, and page interactions.

5. Communications
   We may collect information when you open or interact with our emails, including confirmations of receipt if your device supports this. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

6. Information From Other Sources
   We may supplement the above information with data from third parties, such as service providers, ecommerce platforms, or analytics providers.

We use this information to operate and administer the Affiliate Program and Portal, process applications, orders, commissions, and payments, track referrals and attribute affiliate sales, communicate with you about orders, payments, products, and promotions, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, maintain and update accounts and records, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and improve and customize our websites and services.

1. Cookies
   LaserHIT LLC uses cookies, which are alphanumeric identifiers transferred to your device, to enable systems to recognize your browser or device and to provide features such as persistent sign-in, affiliate toolbars, storage of your preferences in the Portal, and affiliate referral tracking. Cookies may also be necessary for certain essential Portal functions.

Most browsers allow you to manage cookies. Because cookies allow you to take advantage of some essential features of LaserHIT LLC sites and the Portal, we recommend that you leave them turned on. If you do leave cookies turned on, you should sign off when you finish using a shared device.

1. Sharing of Information
   Information about our users is an important part of our business, and we do not sell your personal information. LaserHIT LLC shares user information only as described in this Privacy Policy and with subsidiaries or affiliates controlled by LaserHIT LLC that are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective.

We may share information with third-party service providers who operate the Affiliate Program and our online store. For example, our affiliate tracking, referral link generation, and portal services are provided by a third-party platform acting as our data processor. LaserHIT LLC remains the controller of your personal information, while the processor handles that information strictly under our instructions to provide technical, reporting, and payment functions.

We may share information with affiliated businesses, such as ecommerce platforms or fulfillment partners, who may operate integrated services or provide offerings jointly with LaserHIT LLC.

We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments, and providing customer service.

In the course of business development, we may buy or sell stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, user information is typically transferred as a business asset but remains subject to the promises of any pre-existing Privacy Policy unless the user consents otherwise.

   Your information will be stored and processed in the United States, including through Amazon Web Services (AWS). By using the Services outside the United States, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and stored in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country.

3. Data Retention
   We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Personal data may be de-identified or destroyed once it is no longer required.

   Our sites and the Portal may include links to third-party websites or services. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we do not accept responsibility or liability for their policies or processing of your personal information.

5. Access to Information
   LaserHIT LLC provides access to certain information about your account and your interactions with LaserHIT LLC for the limited purpose of viewing and, in some cases, updating that information. 2. Children
   LaserHIT LLC sites and the Affiliate Portal are intended for use only by persons who can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you are under the age of 18, you may use LaserHIT LLC sites only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. Notices and Revisions
   If you have any concerns about privacy at LaserHIT LLC, you may contact us with a thorough description, and we will attempt to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and Terms may change as well. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We will not materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers where required by law.
